2012

For any true Adventures in Odyssey fans out there, upon realizing it was new Year's Eve (okay, so it didn't really take me off guard), a great nerdy part of me wanted to break into Eugene Meltsner's New Year's song:

"Out with the old year, in with the new,
January's nearly here, December's nearly through,
Oh we don't know where the time has gone,
It obviously flew,
Soooo....
Out with the old year, out with the old year,
Out with the old year, in with the new!"

I sang it in my head, complete with Eugene's ukulele vigorously playing in the background, and it made me happy.

This has been quite a year. The most obvious huge change to have happened was of course the birth of our little muffin head, and more recently our move. While I'm astounded to think about how many big changes Andrew and I have had as a married couple, I know our ability to "roll with the punches" has been completely from the Lord. He has been so gracious to walk us through each and every day, and I know He will do the same in this coming year.
